Very similar to the last customer they ripped me off $89.00 also. The actual spelling of their company is "Lumanere".

I also fell prey to another product that was solicited in the same manner "Soleil". If it wasn't for my bank calling me about both transactions--the second for $77.00 they would have ripped me off also for that . The bank put the first charge though and stopped the second charge. I had to close down my debit card or they would have resubmitted that charge.

VERY DECEPTIVE ADVETTISING--THEY ARE IN CALIFORNIA. I am going to contact their main Corporate Office, as I got nowhere with their so called Customer Service??

I ordered the product as a tester on April 30 and paid the shipping charge. I called to cancel this out and see my card was charged May 15 anyway $89.94.

I call again to cancel and get hung up on , by someone in California office and call back and get the nonsense that I didn't and the only thing they will do is refund half. Which seems to be the typical nonsense they tell everyone.

I can hear other customer service people in the background having similar arguments/discussions with irate people and they acted like they are doing me a favor. I put in a dispute with the credit card company, hopefully they can help me get the rest of the refund.

I I ordered Derma Divine from Kelly off the Kelly and Ryan Show it was a free product of facial cream and eye cream just had to pay $4 shipping which I did. Next thing I know I'm receiving another shipment I hadn't heathen opened the first set I called and I immediately got a refund excellent company.

But shortly after that unbeknownst to me because I wasn't checking my banking account like I should because I lost my father and a best friend and I was grieving I didn't get on my bank account. Without ever ordering Lumare, I received a small box with eye cream and face cream. I figured it was a free sample because I had ordered the Derma divine. BOY was I wrong!

LUMARE, charge me almost $400.

Offer states free just pay for shipping 30 days later charged $90 from checking account stating payment for product. We didn't hear from you within 14 days so you are charged for the product!

Spoke to 2 customer service reps Nothing they could do, they didn't care at all! The product sits on my counter unused and now I read it's useless! Free is not free it's rape and being robbed. Both reps could care less.

I would and will find any outlet to warn people. Do not buy or engage in anything this company has to offer.

I, like you, tried Lumare. I also tried the eye cream sample from Utah.

I canceled within 7 days reading their terms of Use to stop future auto-shipments. I got billed $38 bucks for Lumare's "free" sample...AND $88 for the "free" eye cream. I called my credit card company (Chase) to lodge a dispute. I was told this is the biggest complaint they have from auto-ship companies with "free" samples that are not free.

The dispute agent told me Lumare and the Utah eye cream entered into an agreement with Chase to OFFER FULL REFUNDS to any customers that dispute it, no question asked. They couldn't comment on if the companies are on thin legal ice, but it seems to me that is what this indicates. The dispute agent put a BLOCK on my credit card for both products so they couldn't bill me again. I suggest everyone call their credit card companies and dispute these charges.

Same as every other complaint this company has: you cancel both deals when they notify you that they are shipping this 175 dollars of lotion to you, and you realize that you could buy a small car for that each month. They do not actually ship anything to you, you complain to your credit card company and Skin / Serum sends 16 pages of official-looking documents to the credit card company so they make you pay if you want to keep their credit card.

Other than the original samples which you also pay for, you get nothing for the money. I keep telling my wife and family to never pay for something that has a future reoccurring charge, no matter what! I intend to file a complaint with the Attorney General of both our state and the state they are domiciled in. I will find out who owns this theft ring and find a way to have them arrested for stealing.

This is my skill set. Wait and see!

I ordered a sample of face cream online 4--1-17 from Lumaner for $3.86. Received sample plus another jar of eye cream which I did not order.

Also got charged for some GreenMachine for $4.93 which I received nothing for. Then I get my credit card bill where on 4-25-17 I was charged $88.62 & $89.84. I called the company and they said because I did not cancel in 14 days after order I was charged and it was a legitimate charge and refused to refund. I never saw any type of disclosure when ordering about the 14 days.

I was very upset but it is like beating your head against the wall. Please do not buy anything and I mean nothing from this company because you will only regret it.

They are using deceptive practices and I learned my lesson. I will never order from the internet again..............

I ordered a trial after carefully reading all the fine print to make sure there were no automatic refills. I received one additional shipment, which I did not want, so I called the company so I could return it for credit.

They stated that there were no returns allowed; that somewhere on the website it said I had to call within 14 days. This was nowhere stated with the product received, and, of course, I had no reason to look at the website. When I checked my credit report, I found that I had been charged for three items, two face creams and one eye cream, I have received only the one item, though two of the three were supposed shipped some time ago.

I have filed a complain with my credit card company. By the way, the creams are completely ineffective.

I canceled the middle of April but Lumanere still took out $89.84 from my account. They refunded $44.92, but refuse to refund total cost.

They stated I never called to cancel Which I did the middle of April, they have no record of my calling.

SCAM do not purchase and if you do make sure to cancel or your bank account will be comprised..They also stated that a supervisor will call back within 24 hours, LIE, no one called me back, then spoke to a man today, did not sound like he was from the United States. Of course he would not let me talk to a supervisor.

The web cite claims it is offering a free trial product for the lumamere face cream and soleil eye cream. It seems it is false advertisement from the company because the first "free samples" sent are not free at all!!!!

They charged me not only the shipping charges (which I expected) but then charged me $89.84 + $88.62 + 9.89. Then they sent me the products again and charged the same a second time. DO FALL FOR THIS SCAM FOR THESE PRODUCTS!!!

I called the company and since it was past the 14 days, they said I couldn't return them or get my money back. I am out $376.70 for products that don't even do what they claim!!!!

They never said anything about a trial period. Now they are saying to send it back it's going to cost.

38.00. Customer service is no help.

Just want more money for nothing. Never again.

I though that I ordered a free 30 day sample and was charged 99.00 14 days later. I called the company and was dismissed and treated very rude by the women on the phone.

I am in the middle of disputing these charges . Everyone stay away from this company they are very deceptive and are scammers. If they had a good product they would not have to steal from consumers. Beware stay away from this company this is a scam not a free trail sample.

I can not say enough to say away from this company . BEWARE SCAM ALERT STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY They will steal and robbed you of your hard earned dollars!!!
